- Costing Analyst
Report to the Senior Costing Manager
Work Location
Dongguan office
Key Responsibility
- Work with factory and get correct cost breakdown within 24 hours after sample ready
- Verify the details of cost breakdown to make sure reflect latest Spec and correct usage/unit price and consistent labor, overhead, and profit before release to headquarter office within next 48 hours
- Work out cost options and price savings together with development team to help target margin achievement and generate by report
- Negotiate prices with factory on margin challenge style
- Fill in the FOB and related cost info. in Centric correctly by deadline
- Create the cost supplier quote in Centric based on line list and finish based on timeline
- Complete SATRASumm Pattern validation and prepare report for HQ’s reference
- Work the pre-cost breakdowns by sample stage according to HQ’s request
- Analyze and prepare the price comparison per manager request
- Verify the PO price against price list in each final buy and before shipment
Requirement
- 3 - 5 years experiences in footwear field
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of the spoken and written English
- Well-versed in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
